This role will lead a team of 25 and require fast paced FMCG Manufacturing experience
Production Team Leader / Operations Team Leader responsibilities include:
Ensure focus for all personnel on safety, food safety and quality within an area at all times
Headcount; ensure the right people are in the right places and complements are managed appropriately
Ensure compliance to all company rules, policies and procedures
Utilize all resources to meet operational, quality, customer service and supply chain demands
Ensure adherence to process parameters and product specifications
Conduct Root Cause Analysis on any operational non-conformances
Participation in site project teams and continuous improvement
Conduct tool box talks and team briefings
Supervision of production and warehouse operative, conducting performance reviews, employee training, first level disciplinary meetings and return to work interviews
Ensure all EHS policies and procedures are followed
You will be a Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor with proven leadership ability and ideally within a fast paced FMCG food or drink manufacturing environment.
