Legislation requires all agency workers to be given a Key Information Document (KID) before agreeing to work with an employment business – as part of Regulation 13A of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
The Key Information Document is intended to improve the transparency of information provided, particularly around pay, including an overview of how any fees and deductions will affect the your pay throughout a labour supply chain. The KIDS will enable you to make a more informed decision about taking on an assignment based on how your take-home pay is affected by agency fees and other deductions.
Here you can view our KIDS documents for the payment models we offer:
Please be aware not all payment models can be offered for every assignment due to regulations such as IR35 and CIS. For clarity on the payment models available for a specific assignment please speak to your consultant.
