Our client is a Principal Contractor in rail with projects in construction, renewal, refurbishments and maintenance who are rapidly expanding and have multiple locations across the UK. With numerous accreditations and a turnover of £300M, they are a thriving and stable company who offer career development.
You will be involved in various projects including platform and station enhancements with the main objective to ensure contracts are delivered on time and within budget.
Other objectives include:
- Build positive relationships with different parties on the contract
- Ensure client expectations are met with regards to quality, programme and budget.
- Experience in rail or civils
- Experience within a Site Agent/Site Manager role
- Design management would be an advantage
