A candidate with a strong background in operating within and delivering on CAPEX upgrade projects on paint plants would have a solid foundation of knowledge for an opportunity such as this.
This role will have a huge impact on the delivery and success of the brand new factory, so you’ll get full process lifecycle management, from starting on initial specifications, to working with suppliers, supporting on the installation and then final commissioning, so experience in project engineering/management is a must. Once the facility in the next 3-4 years is build and producing our client’s product range your remit will then shift to refining this and ensuring it operates efficiently and compliantly within the existing CI culture of the business. You’ll report directly into the Production Manager and around 7-9 will be in your team, so you’ll be well supported.
