The successful Customer Account Manager will be responsible for supporting a leading food retailer and will be accountable for service delivery and supporting internal stakeholders.
You’ll have experience of account management ideally within the food industry, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be a proactive, resilient and approachable individual with a passion for working in fast paced environments. You will be able to prioritise and make effective decisions, enabling you to meet deadlines and able to form strong relationships. Please note this is not a sales role, therefore this does not require someone from a sales setting.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager will include:
• Service delivery - internal and external stakeholder management
• Relationships building and maintaining
• Positively represent the business during client meetings
• Providing reporting to leadership
• Project managing and facilitating the customers needs
• Managing any client feedback and resolving any issues
