Site Services Manager responsibilities include:
Drainage & Effluent
Building & Facilities
Boiler and Steam systems
Compressed air systems
Organising and managing all third-party contractors
Managing all compliance across the site and carrying out regular inspections e.g., legionella levels
Looking at ways to improve the overall efficiency of the site, such as reducing energy consumption and waste management
Managing any relating projects and continuous improvement programmes
Ensuring all maintenance activities are recorded appropriately
Comply with appropriate health, safety and environmental policies and procedures at all times
Ensure that all Department Systems & Policies are in place and being adhered to.
Ensure that all safety & quality standards are being adhered to.
Ensure Technical Systems are adequately monitored so that documentary evidence can be provided to support a “due diligence” defence in the event of a food safety or quality issue.
You will be a Site Services Manager with experience in a large Manufacturing facility. Food Manufacturing experience will be deemed advantageous.
