A specialist provider of food products is currently seeking a Product Registration Officer within their regulatory department. Part of a global blue chip group, my client has a global customer base and the Product Registration Officer will work as part of a team to ensure the correct registration of products to different legislative, legal labelling and food safety standards.

The successful Product Registration Officer will be educated to degree standard in a scientific subject and ideally have some experience of technical or regulatory compliance administration in a food, pharma or related sector. You will have proven planning and organisational skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Product Registration Officer include:
  • Liaising with International Sales and Marketing organisations to determine local requirements for registration documentation
  • Developing relationships and building knowledge on product registration requirements
  • Identifying and verifying suitable information and coordinating activities with stakeholders
  • Collation of registration packages and provision to registration authorities
  • Review and audit information
  • Monitoring of progress with registrations, dealing with queries and additional information required by regulatory authorities
  • Participation in projects to ensure timelines for registration are accounted for, ensuring documentation is provided in line with target launch dates
