Our client, an FMCG Food Manufacturer in Salisbury is currently seeking 2x Quality Auditor's - (1x Day shift and 1x Night shift) to join their site Technical team. Your role will be all about ensuring that the site produces quality products to client specifications. We will consider any level of QA experience.

Days: (£23,000)
4on, 4off, 6am-6pm

Nights: (£25,875)
4on, 4off, 6pm-6am

Quality Auditor  – Summary of key responsibilities:
  • Completion of quality assurance checks throughout the process of producing customer products
  • Conduct and record results of daily, weekly and monthly checks such as scale records, temperature probes calibration and refrigeration equipment, downloading on a weekly basis data logger info and monitor
  • Check daily production paperwork
  • Raw materials checks
  • Prepare, conduct and record results of daily taste panel
  • Carry out micro equipment and hand swabs, Allergen swabs, prepare samples for laboratory
  • Completion of various Internal audits including GMP, CCP and Traceability and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
  • QA positive release of product including the management of the reject and non-conformance database.
The ideal candidate would have previous QA experience within a food manufacturing environment. Food Safety would be an advantage. We are looking for an Excellent communicator who is confident to speak to different departments across the company. Attention to detail, highly organised and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment. Computer literacy wit MS Office (Word & Excel).
