Stores Admin Assistant
Days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm (the core hours are flexible)
A leading FMCG Manufacturer is seeking an organised and pro-active Stores Assistant to join their site stores team. In this role, you would provide day to day support in the Stores department.
Receiving deliveries, booking in / out, delivering items to other departments within the business, raising purchase requisitions, goods receipting, general stock control, monthly stock takes and reporting. You would also be required to carry out general house keeping duties within the stores area.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will have similar stores operational / admin experience such as manufacturing or warehouse and ideally a good understanding and previous use of SAP system for stock control, raising PO’s and receipting.
A Counter balance Fork Lift Truck licence (either valid or expired licence) would be reqjuired, a refresher can be provided if it has expired.
