Recruitment Consultant – Project Services Division


Permanent opportunity for a contracts Recruitment Consultant within our Project Services division. This role will be based in the Wirral but with hybrid working between the office and home.

Job Details
Scantec have a new opportunity for an ambitious contracts Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Project Services team as a 360 Recruitment Consultant working alongside our existing team of experts. Our Project Services team is one of our most established divisions and is going from strength to strength with the market at is busiest for many years.

This desk is a white-collar contracts desk working with clients and contractors across high profile, national engineering and infrastructure projects as well as some highly confidential projects within defence, nuclear and naval infrastructure/construction. As such it is a fascinating market and one with a wealth of opportunity for the right recruiter.  While you will benefit from our strong reputation in the market and some existing warm relationships, you will be expected to build your client and candidate network and relationships.


The Successful Applicant 
To be successful in this role, you will need prior contracts recruitment experience, ideally within a white-collar professional market and you will need to be detail-orientated and process driven.  Alongside this, it is essential that you are self-motivated, driven and ambitious with a real desire to succeed. Reporting to an experienced Manager, you will be given the opportunity to develop and grow your desk as well as your career.

This role will require some UK travel so a driving licence will be required.
