An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Auditor to join a leading, International, fuel storage and distribution organization, on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Internal Auditor will ensure compliance with internal procedures and legislation required by the group. Reporting to the Audit and Compliance Manager, they will be responsible for delivering internal audit plans in line with quality, time and budget requirements to support robust assurance opinions and stakeholder requirements across the North West Europe region.
Responsibilities will include undertaking internal audits against internal procedures, HSE legislation and corporate governance and risk management.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant subject and hold a ISO9001 Lead Auditor qualification, with previous experience working as an internal auditor and proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures and regulations, with knowledge of HSE legislation.
