TRAFFIC ENGINEER (Inside IR35)

Our Client is an award winning, independent Civil and Structural consultancy, they have various framework agreements with Public and Private sector Clients throughout the UK and are growing.

Due to an increase in workload, an opportunities have arisen for two experienced Traffic Engineers to join them on a contract basis for public sector schemes in Manchester.

Experience required

• Produce policies and procedures for traffic calming, Road Network Management, VAS signs, pedestrian crossings and traffic signals at junctions.
• Dealing with review of highway safety issues
• They are looking at introduce cycle routes, with appropriate TROs, so knowledge of this type of work would be an advantage.
• Reasonable or good knowledge of, necessary clauses that associated with each different type of TRO, to ensure they are appropriately advertised.
•Traffic related problems from speeding issues to parking around schools etc

3-6 month contract
