This opportunity would be suitable for a strong project administrator / project manager / Internal recruiter possibly looking to move into HR and needing some experience of working in a global function.
This role will require excellent IT, communication & organisational skills as well as a high proficiency in managing multiple projects i.e. support with the implementation of a new intranet, support with implementing a cycle to work scheme, support with a GDPR data cleanse as well as managing the recruitment agency use.
This person will need to have a positive energy and passion to deliver with minimal supervision.
Project Administrator / HR Administrator / Internal Recruiter responsibilities include:
Supporting the recruitment process and managing the agencies
Database and Company communications support
Support in the role out of a new intranet
Support in projects around gender pay gaps
Support in GDPR data cleanse
Support in the implementation of a cycle to work scheme
General administrative support for the HR Team
Assisting with the collation of data for various benchmarking and other activities
Support HR Projects as and when required
