The successful NPD Technologist will be responsible for supporting the innovation team, managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines.
This opportunity offers exposure to all areas of the business, a variety of product introduction as well as some customer interaction and will therefore suit a recent Food Science Graduate, ideally with industry experience within a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
Development Technologist responsibilities include:
Supporting with samples and paperwork
Sourcing raw materials and arranging couriers
Liaising with production and other departments across the business
Testing and recording of product constraints
Documenting information during product trials
Stock control of NPD and ingredients
Carrying out benchmarking and taste panels.
