A leading service provider is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Relationship Consultant.
This role is working Monday to Friday days and will require previous experience working in a high- volume phone-based customer service role.

Customer Relationship Consultant Responsibilities include:

Point of contact for customers, advising of solutions available and ensuring accurate completion of all documentation to ensure compliance and successful payment
Identification and communication of all sale opportunities to the relevant teams
Deliver and maintain a professional service at all times, ensuring you are courteous whilst providing an efficient service to any prospective or existing client, resolving enquiries directly where possible.
You will be first response for inbound calls. You will aim to answer all calls within three rings, managing the query.
Deal with all inbound communications including emails, letters, website enquiries, registration forms.
Review and process all expense claims received in line with Expenses policy.
Forwarding any potential sales leads to the Business Development Executive.
Forward any potential accountancy sales leads to the relevant team.
Through the Operations Strategy and guidance from your line manager, actively contribute to the formulation of the annual Business Plan.
Assist the Business Development Executives with communicating the progress of sales leads to our clients.
Follow the current Business Model and company compliance procedures, to ensure the applicant understands the full benefits and the choice of solutions available
Understand, respect and work within the vision, culture and values of the company.
Develop and cultivate effective business relationships with your line manager and all members of your team and customers, to achieve the delivery of the annual Business Plan.
Participate in the Induction Program and ongoing training and development of team members as requested from time to time

You will be a Customer Service professional used to working a high inbound / outbound telephone sales environment. Client management experience will be deemed advantageous.
You will be IT literate (Microsoft and internal database systems) and have a Competent financial acumen.
