The successful Customer Services Advisor will be fluent in Spanish or French or German ideally with some customer service experience however full training will be provided.
Customer Services Advisor responsibilities include:
- Build good working relationships with Customers and be focused on understanding the needs of individual Customers.
- Processing customer orders and seeing the orders through to the dispatch stage
- Communicate with 3rd parties to ensure all documents are completed correctly.
- Investigating and processing customer complaints and invoice queries
