Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team. You will have demonstrable experience of consistently delivering and meeting deadlines and will be a driven and enthusiastic leader.
Must have recent experience of working within a fast paced food environment with the ability to empower, coach and mentor teams.
Operations Manager Responsibilities include:
Empower, lead, coach and mentor the teams ensuring the achievement of all targets and goals.
Support with the continued development of the team and adapt structures to support with business growth.
Support with continuous improvement projects, and efficiency improvements implementing and embedding into the wider operations team.
Overall responsibility for H&S, food safety and quality.
The successful Operations Manager will have excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships and have a passion for operations.
