A leading FMCG Manufacturer is currently looking to recruit a Reliability Engineer to join their Liverpool site. This is an opportunity to join a site with significant investment and will be responsible for analysing the data and putting in place a plant preventive maintenance strategy. This role is not hands on and will be ultimately focussed on increasing plant productivity, maximising reliability performance and improve processes whilst reducing overall cost. This role is a days based role Monday to Friday and would suit someone with a Chemical, Heavy Industry, Oil background / equivalent. This role will offer precision training and is seeking someone keen to develop a career in house.

Reliability Engineer Responsibilities include:

Leading the RCFA and RCM processes using cross functional teams to implement appropriate changes to the preventative/predictive maintenance programme or plant modifications which improve reliability.
Determine the function, capability, probability of failure and acceptable risk for assets to define the correct maintenance requirements to eliminate functional failures.
Establish a systematic and effective Preventative/predictive maintenance review process
Review and contribute to approved equipment reliability strategies.
Identify opportunities for improvement of electrical asset health to optimise plant uptime.
Coach site personnel in the reliability work process to ensure continued alignment to the Electrical Asset Health Assurance model.

You will be a Reliability Engineer used to interpreting data and putting in place a preventative maintenance strategy. You will ideally be degree qualified (or equivalent) with proven asset management and reliability engineering experience, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for Reliability excellence and a commitment to professional development are also desirable.
