Reporting to the General Manager, the successful Operations Manager will be a driven and enthusiastic leader with experience of consistently delivering and meeting deadlines. You will have previous experience of working within a fast paced food environment (preferably chilled) with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team to achieve productivity.
The successful Operations Manager will have a passion for operations, excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and able to influence a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Operations Manager Responsibilities include:
Lead, coach and motivate the operational function to deliver all manufacturing KPIs and SLA’s
Develop the teams and adapt structures to support with the business growth
Overall responsibility for H&S, food safety and quality
Deliver efficiency improvements in line with the business strategy
Work with the wider management team to plan or implement continuous improvement plans installing and embedding a lean culture
