Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Birmingham
Sector: Rail, Water, Highways
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

I have a fantastic new series of opportunities for a Quantity Surveyor, working for a forward thinking organisation that supports high profile projects in various sectors of Infrastructure.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone that is looking to diversify their project/sector experience.

The role will be based in Birmingham and you will be joining an existing commercial team & working with NEC3 contract variations.

This would suit someone that is looking for a company to provide professional support, as we are looking for enthusiastic individuals that want more out of their career.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have gained the following experience:

  • You will have a strong background of working in a similar sector of Infrastructure - Rail, Highways, Water, Utilities and Nuclear or similar
  • You will have gained good experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contract variations
  • You will either be Chartered or willing to be (support will be provided)
  • You will ideally hold a degree in the relevant discipline.
