Our Client is an independent Company, they operate in the oil and gas, energy, chemical, pharmaceutical and steelworks sectors.
They have a storage tank construction project in Angola commencing in the new year. An exiting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative assistant to support the team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years expeirence in an Administration role and be experienced working overseas, preferably in South Africa.
You will also have solid experience of working on Oil & Gas construction projects at a site office.
The role will involve organising files, creating correspondence, preparing reports and documents, managing calendars to schedule appointments, sorting mail, preparing invoices and offering general staff support.
You will be proficient in Microsoft applications and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Visa, flights, accommodation, travel from home to the airport, medical and repatriation insurance, food and laundry are all provided. Accommodation will be in our Client's guest houses.
You will need to have a yellow fever certificate to work in Angola and as you will be onshore, will also need to take Malaria tablets.
