These new systems are replacing existing CRM and CMS systems such as Lagan, MS Dynamics, Word Press and ADX. These projects will deliver more efficient processes, empower and give confidence to staff when dealing with customers, resulting in less complaints and less demand failures. The post holders will have day to day responsibility over all aspects of project resources and budgets working on the Customer Experience programme. They will be able to influence and make decisions that are critical to the organisation’s success, lead the formulation and implementation of the digital and customer experience offer. The demands of this role involves regularly managing a number of competing activities, at times with demanding deadlines, on an on-going basis, with a range of complexities, from very complex to tactical, including key decisions that could impact the delivery of these new systems to the whole Council and beyond, to partner organisations.
The post holder will lead a team of technical staff (including internal and interim resources) and to manage multiple suppliers. The expectation is that the Project Managers will have very good verbal and written communication skills, they will also be highly organised team players and able to engage with key stakeholders. They will work to and meet deadlines, conduct research into IT issues and products, and to take initiatives in the development and completion of projects on time and within budget.
Working closely with our strategic partners, some of the key deliverables will include:
• A well-developed project plan including resource plan, stakeholder management and communication plan.
• Deliver enhancements to our customer platform (replacement of LG360 integration components, Lagan, CRM etc);
• Deliver the CRM and CMS Minimum viable product.
• Deliver Data and content migration.
• Support the implementing subscription renewal system for our green waste collection service.
