Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Sector: Utilities (NEC3 and NEC4)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum dependant on experience

I have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work for my client, a globally recognised specialist in client side services, based in Birmingham.

You will be joining an existing commercial team and providing post contract commercial support to a land mark Utilities project in the region.

There will be excellent opportunity to explore various sectors throughout your career with this company as they are currently involved with a number of high profile projects across Rail, Water and Nuclear to name a few.

In this role, you will also be exposed to NEC4 contracts.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have gained the following experience:

  • You will have a strong background of supporting projects in similar Infrastructure sectors as mentioned above, under the NEC3 contract variations
  • Experience in Utilities will be advantageous but is not essential
  • You will have gained strong post contract experience
