I have a series of permanent opportunities for Quantity Surveyors at various stages of their career to work for a specialist in providing client side services within various sectors of Infrastructure.
The role are for high profile projects across Leeds and York.
You will be joining existing commercial teams and provide professional commercial support to end clients across sectors including Rail, Highways, Water and Flood Defence.

Salaries are dependant on your overall experience, we can consider anything from 3 years of experience up to Senior level as there are multiple roles. For those that are already chartered, a car allowance will be included in the benefits package.
In order to be considered for these roles, I am looking for the following experience:
- You will have gained a minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor and worked within similar sectors of Infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Water, Nuclear etc)
- You will have string experience of working with NEC3 (or NEC4) forms of contract
