The project team will be made up of a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Site supervisor and Clerk of Works. The role of the Site Supervisor will be varied and warrants the individual to be highly experienced with NEC3 and to have extensive experience in the delivery of road improvement schemes.
- Manage the suppliers
- Co-ordinate the works
- Manage the programme
- Administer the contract in line with NEC 3 principles
- Financial Management
Duration: Initial 6+ month contract but possible extension.
This role is outside IR35.
