Role: Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Infrastructure (Utilities)
Location: Leeds
Role Type: 12 month contract
Rate: Up to £42 per hour (48 hour week)

I have a new contract position for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a reputable organisation in the Water Infrastructure sector, based in Leeds.

You will be joining an existing commercial team supporting client side services and will provide Quantity Surveying support, under NEC3 contract.

Exposure to NEC4 contracts is also a possibility.

This role will initially be on a remote working basis for the duration of our current restrictions, after which point will be based at the client office in Leeds centre. There will be flexibility in terms of hours and working location when possible.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have gained the following experience:
  • Strong experience of supporting projects within infrastructure (Water, Highways, Rail etc) 
  • You will have in depth experience with NEC3 contracts
  • Ideally you will have worked for a consultancy or client side, if not, cost planning and pre contract experience is essential
