Warehouse and Inventory Manager responsibilities include:
Ensure the accurate and efficient management of all warehouse functions.
Lead, develop and motivate the team and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
Ensure accurate stock control and daily counts conducted reporting any high stock levels of concern.
Promote team engagement at briefs and improvement projects.
Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiency's or excessive surplus
Data Analysis to anticipate future needs
Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
Ensure compliance to all Company Health and Safety and GMP standards at all times, always working in a health and safety conscious manner and aware of any issues that may arise from your own actions.
Manage agreed budgets.
Ensure regular audits of area and equipment are maintained.
Ensure consistent standards are applied and all service expectations and KPI’s are achieved.
You will be a Warehouse and Inventory Manager with a proven track record operating in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
