The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be well-versed in managing the entire recruitment process; experience of recruiting candidates into the Quality department would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
Talent Acquisition Business Partner responsibilities include:
Manage all end to end recruitment from initial search through to on-board.
Build and manage relationships, working collaboratively across the business and ensuring full understanding of departments and future recruitment needs.
Review performance against SLA's.
Use of internal recruitment system, analysis of data and presenting to the board.
Research competitive remuneration packages and advise business.
We are seeking someone with 3+ years experience ideally with life science industry knowledge, however we will also consider those with manufacturing recruitment experience.
