I am representing a global and well known consultancy who are, due to a series of successful work wins recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to support projects, initially in the Highways sector. 

Reporting in to the Associate Director, you will be providing commercial support to the end client, based on a commission full time in Birmingham. 

This organisation are renowned for their commitment for supporting staff - they will progress you as quickly as you allow and so therefore, I am looking for enthusiastic candidates with a desire to better themselves. In addition, if you are working towards completing your APC then this is certainly the right environment for you as the business have multiple assessors and mentors and boasting a 100% pass rate. 

In order to be considered for this role, you will have gained the following experience: 
  • You will have gained extensive experience of working with the NEC3 forms of contract
  • Ideally, you will be either MRICS or working towards
