The Continuous Improvement Manager / CI Manager will document systems, processes and efficiencies end to end.
The Continuous Improvement Manager / CI Manager will be responsible for delivering the business improvement strategies using CI and lean methodologies to enable the site to achieve its targets, improve efficiencies and reduce bottlenecks within current processes.
Continuous Improvement Manager / CI Manager Responsibilities include:
Liaise with all functions, ensuring that all relevant points are taken into consideration when optimising operation
Reduce overall complexity within the operation
Understand site capacity and development of plan that de-bottlenecks operation
Development and maintenance of shift/departmental skills matrices
Develop a pipeline of sustainable Continuous Improvement initiatives that means the site operates within a 0% inflationary environment
Development of a CI culture within the organisation
Development of relationships with key stakeholders outside of the sites operation that ensures buy in to site initiatives
Delivery of briefing/training that supports the pipeline of initiatives
You will be an Operations / Senior Production Manager with Continuous Improvement experience within a manufacturing environment. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to gather and analyse production data to identify areas for change and improvement and will be able to influence and facilitate cross functional teams through all phases of project lifecycles.
