The successful Development Technologist will be responsible for supporting the innovation team with this opportunity offering experience in all divisions of the business, alongside a variety of product and customer exposure.
You will ideally be degree educated in a food related subject or have industry experience within FMCG Food Manufacturing. Seeking someone with a passion for food and able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines.
Responsibilities of the Junior Development Technologist include:
Supporting with samples and paperwork
Sourcing raw materials and arranging couriers
Liaising with production and other departments across the business
Testing and recording of product constraints
Documenting information during product trials
Stock control of NPD and ingredients
Carrying out bench-marking and taste panels
