Project Quantity Surveyor - Pharmaceutical

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor 
Location: Rotherham
Sector: Pharmaceutical / Highly Regulated
Package: Up to £50,000 per annum plus car allowance

I have a fantastic new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a specialist who provide full project life cycle services across Highly regulated sectors, including Pharmaceutical and Nuclear.

You will be covering a variation of projects from facility expansions, testing/clean room facilities and M&E services. 

This is a site based position that will predominately be based out of Rotherham with some punctual travel to other site locations in the region.

The role of a Quantity Surveyor is to track project finances and contractual relationships. They have to ensure that the financial position of construction projects is accurately reported and controlled effectively at all times.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have gained the following experience:
  • JCT and NEC3 experience
  • Good understanding of payment applications to clients
  • Sub contract payment certificates
  • Procurement experience
  • Ideally experience gained in an industrial/highly regulated environment
