Reporting to the MD and working closely with the customer services team, the successful Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle from generating leads, pricing, negotiation and service delivery targeting key accounts in the food & drink manufacturing sector. There will be a strong emphasis on building strong customer relationships and maintaining a high level of service to existing clients.
The successful Sales Manager / Business development Manager will have proven experience in a commercial laboratory / Lab sales environment ideally working closely with food and drink customers. You will understand the complexities and benefits of outsourcing nutritional testing and be able to sell these to prospective clients.
This is a home based role with regular travel to company sites in the Bristol and Midlands area.
Package: Base salary c.£40,000 + commission OTE £50-60k + car allowance
