The Compliance Manager will be responsible for audits along with the management of food safety, legality, quality and ethical standards. The successful Technical Manager will be a confident, outgoing individual with an enquiring nature, have experience in auditing and be compliant with procedures.
Technical Compliance Manager responsibilities include:
Carrying out technical audits.
Prepare for retailer audits and manage the internal database.
Attend pre‐production and supplier risk assessments.
Support the Commercial team.
Provide internal training.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
You will be experienced in fast paced FMCG food manufacturing with knowledge of the major retailers. You'll be a strong communicator able to take the lead and use initiative, along with possessing strong IT skills.
