Senior Stability Specialist
£40,000 plus Car Allowance plus 15% Bonus and full company benefits
9-12 month Fixed Term Contract

As the Senior Stability Specialist, reporting into the Director you will be responsible for the design management, execution and reporting of cGMP stability studies. Your role covers the product development through to market registration monitoring, recording and reporting on the developments and end results.

As the technical specialist in stability you will be responsible for studies resulting it the justification of shelf/life expiry:
  • in use
  • shipping studies
  • photostability studies
  • forced degradation studies
You will have experience ensuring stability studies are performed in accordance with cGMP and relevant industry bodies.

Stability programmes may be performed internally; externally or via a combination of both. Your role will be to maintain a strong relationship across all channels and ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met. 

Your role will also include:
  • Designing in accordance with ICH guidelines and writing / reviewing protocols
  • Evaluating stability data
  • Writing reports (interim and final)
  • Liaising internally and externally with QA, regulatory affairs, manufacturing teams, laboratory personnel and all third party vendors.
  • Investigations
  • Internal and external audits

To be considered you will ideally have a BSc in a scientific field, have experience in managing stability programs and the ability to solve technical problems.
