Regional Director (Quantity Surveying) – Yorkshire – £80k - £90k dependent on experience + bonus + additional benefits
 
The Company

Our client is a significant player in the project services field and as one of the market leaders, they have advised on numerous exciting global projects. They have extensive training and development plans and are committed to the wellbeing and growth of their employees.

With a consistently high workload, this company is extremely stable and has the benefit of being part of a large group while having the autonomy and flexibility that comes with a smaller business. With an open and friendly environment, they are now looking to welcome a Regional Director to the Property team in Leeds.


The Role

You will head up a large Quantity Surveying team working on projects including education, residential and retail. As an open and considerate manager, it will be your responsibility to understand where the strengths lie within the team in order to delegate work and act as a mentor to develop clear succession plans.

You will be expected to build strong client relationships and use an existing network to bring in business.

You will spend at least one day a week in the central Leeds office with flexibility on other locations in the region.

Within this role, you will contribute to the business plan of the team and stimulate profitable growth. Other objectives include:
  • Governance and Commercial Management of projects
  • Strategic decision making within the team
  • Increase the market share of the business by maximising opportunities
  • Account management and customer care of major clients
The Candidate

The successful candidate will have:
  • Management experience
  • Quantity Surveying background
  • Strong network of client contacts in the Yorkshire area within the retail, commercial, residential, healthcare or education property sectors
