Asset Surveyor - Liverpool

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Asset Surveyor to work with a housing association in Liverpool.

The client covers a patch of around 6000 properties across the city, and as the majority landlord in the area you will be joining a team who are actively involved in a number of economic, neighbourhood and regeneration projects in this region

Working in the Asset Management Team, the role is key to delivery of high-quality Asset Management contracts including responsive repairs, voids, planned & cyclical maintenance for the stock. You will be professionally accountable for project managing a wide range of asset management contracts ensuring the stock is maintained to a high standard, is safe and meets all legislative requirements.

The client will be offering a salary range of £29,000 - £31,500 for the role and are looking to hold interviews on Monday 28th October.
