This company provides industry leading services to their clients, they are recruiting this role to undertake duties on a number of high profile infrastructure projects based in Birmingham.
The Planning Lead will work alongside the Project Controls team, providing performance reporting and analysis support. This could be part of a team or as the key contact point with the client. The main duties would include working with cost, planning and risk management teams to develop work breakdown structures and performance baselines, progress and cost monitoring methods, producing project control reports and provide performance analysis and recommendations to clients.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5 Planners.
Previous experience managing a team and working in a project controls environment on a major project within the Infrastructure sector (ideally Oil, Gas, Power, Water). You must have experience within Earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management, reporting and P6.
You will receive a generous salary between £60,000-65,000+ car allowance. You will receive a car allowance, private medical care, private health assurance and holiday and pension package.
