The successful Warehouse Manager will have experience within a similar role working in a fast paced environment and be well versed in leading, developing and motivating teams. You will be responsible for processes and systems, as well as the security of the stock and workplace health and safety standards within the warehouse.
Warehouse Manager Duties:
Ensure the accurate and efficient management of all warehouse functions.
Lead, develop and motivate the team and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
Ensure accurate stock control and daily counts conducted reporting any high stock levels of concern.
To promote team engagement at briefs and improvement projects.
Work collaboratively with the Supply Chain and Planning Manager to optimise shift performance capabilities.
Review and train risk assessments and safe operating procedures.
Regular audits of area and equipment are maintained.
Ensure consistent standards are applied and all service expectations and KPI’s are achieved.
Manage agreed budgets.
Promote a strong EHS culture - always leading by example.
You will be an effective leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, direct and empower teams. You will have excellent organisational skills, be decisive, pro-active and assertive, able to resolve conflict and build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
