A leading FMCG Manufacturer with a site in the North West London area is currently seeking an Operations Manager with a focus on Quality and a good understanding of setting Quality framework and practice.

The Operations Manager will have responsibility for P&L, SLA’s, KPI’s, training and development and will work collaboratively with the Head of Operations to deliver operational excellence across the site. The successful Operations Manager will thrive in an innovative, entrepreneurial fast-paced culture and have knowledge of delivering change / transformation projects.

You will be an Operations Manager with demonstrable experience leading a cross-functional team, managing warehouse functions and leading continuous improvement projects within a fast-paced FMCG environment (preferably pharma or food).

Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:
Overall responsibility for operational excellence managing all aspects of Production, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse functions.
Be responsible for the financial aspects of the operation.
Support with setting Quality framework
Work with the management team to plan and implement continuous improvement plans.
Ensure return on revenue through specific and effective planning.
Lead, direct, mentor, coach and upskill the teams.
Meet and agree KPI’s and SLA’s.
Ensure any contractual issues, pricing and scope adjustments are dealt with effectively.
Support with problem solving, find solutions and ways of working more efficiently.

You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
