Commercial Manager/Associate Director – Middlesbrough / Leeds – £60k - £70k depending on experience + additional benefits
The Company

Our client is a significant player in the project services field and as one of the market leaders, they have advised on numerous exciting global projects. They have extensive training and development plans and are committed to the wellbeing and growth of their employees.

Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to hire a Commercial Manager to join the Leadership team in North East Infrastructure.

The Role

You will join a large team on a major programme of works and act as the key contact for the client. As well as delivery, you will have business development objectives to win more projects.

Your time will be split between Leeds and Middlesbrough and you will be working closely with the client in their offices.

Within this role, you will contribute to the business plan of the team and stimulate profitable growth. Other objectives include:
  • Governance and Commercial Management of projects
  • Key Account Management of a major client
  • Strategic decision making within the team
  • Increase the market share of the business by maximising opportunities
The Candidate

The successful candidate will have:
  • A Commercial/Cost Management background within Infrastructure
  • Consultancy or client side experience
  • Proven track record of developing business opportunities and winning work
