A leading FMCG Manufacturer is currently seeking a Demand Planner / Supply Planner / Supply & Demand Co-ordinator to assume responsibility for providing the business with a rolling month demand plan based on sales forecast, historical trends and key event activity, enabling the delivery of customer requirements within agreed inventory targets.

This Demand Planner / Supply Planner / Supply & Demand Co-ordinator must possess a strong business service mind-set, be proactive, solutions driven and passionate about continuously improving processes.

Demand Planner / Supply Planner responsibilities include:

Coordinate latest customer demand ensuring that accurate forecast information is entered into the system to enable short and long term planning.
Chair and facilitate the monthly meetings to review demand profile of key items to ensure accurate forward forecasts
Analyse consolidated demand information to react to changes in demand and to take appropriate action where required, working with key stakeholders to ensure corrective actions have been taken.
Ensure monthly customer forecast review meetings are delivering the expected data and results.
Attend customer review meetings where necessary to facilitate forecasting process improvements and accuracy.
Working with key internal contacts (Sales, Customer Service, and Planning) to ensure customer requirements are met in full.
Publish monthly KPIs relating to demand planning activities.
Support, change and drive best in class process improvements related to the demand planning process
Provide support to the Customer Service Manager as required

You will be a Demand Planner / Supply Planner / Supply & Demand Co-ordinator with the ability to engage and influence across a range of business functions. Experience of Order processing, Demand & Supply Planning processes is essential for this role as well as attention to detail. You will have a proven track record of strong Excel and MS Package Skills, SAP experience will be deemed desirable.
