Quality Assurance Officer

QA Officer / Specialist – GMP in Pharmaceuticals is a must – Quality Management Systems desirable

Commutable from: Slough – Maidenhead – Reading – London (West) – Newbury – Basingstoke

With a brand new purpose built laboratory; our client is expanding to meet the demands of their customer base and as a direct result is seeking a QA Specialist / officer to join the team.

With a strong basis in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) within a Pharmaceutical environment you will bring with you a minimum of 12-18 months experience in a QA Officer / Specialist role.

Your role:

The main focus of your role will be to maintain and develop the Quality Management record system. You will be a part of leading team of professionals as you undertake:
  • Manage QA records and logs
  • Manage and contribute towards the quality improvement programme
  • Ensure Audit readiness across the department
  • Liaise with customers
  • Assist with cGMP training
Your background:

Holding a degree in a science related field, you will have a minimum of 12-18 months hands on experience in a GMP Pharmaceutical organization. You will be able to demonstrate:
  • Operating in a Quality role within a regulated environment
  • Broad understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements with tin the QA function
