Reporting into the Site Manager, the successful Quality Manager will develop and drive the continuous improvement of the QMS systems and take full responsibility cross all aspects of Quality, Health, safety and Environmental.
Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:
Ensure compliance with legal responsibility with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management
Conduct regular internal audits and inspections
Manage ISO 9001 - 2015 standard along with ISO 14001 & ISO 45000
Agree quality procedures and standards
Responsibility for customer complaints
Assess NPD and New Production Introduction projects and agree deliverables
Approve and validate all major changes through the change management process
Approve the new equipment and facilities design, ensuring compliance with GMP / ISO standards
Audit suppliers ensuring quality standards are maintained
You will be an analytical individual with experience of GMP and familiar with legal and regulatory affairs. Any experience of flavor development and / or laboratory will be advantageous for this role
