One of our leading clients is recruiting for a Document Controller/Administrator to join their team in the Reading area, working on a large scale Defence project.

 This is a contract position, expected to last for 18 months initially, hourly rates are negotiable depending on level of experience. Please note that due to the nature of this position, you must hold a UK passport and hold current SC Clearance in order to be considered.
 
Job Role & Responsibilities

General site and office admin
Site Logistics & delivery bookings
Arranging site training courses for Project employees
Booking site medicals
Arranging Waivers and site visits for suppliers and vehicles
Laptop and restricted items site permits
Various Clearance forms and processes e.g: new clearances, transfer of clearances and renewing clearances
Site passes
Site IT accounts   

Qualifications and Comments 

Strong communication skills
Well-developed written & verbal communication skills.
Good time management & organisational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular; Excel, Word and Outlook
