Currently in a phase of growth and development we are working with them as they expand their internal communications team with the strategic addition of a Change Communication Associate to enable the smooth transition to the next stage of their development.
A new role within the communications team, you will be reporting directly to the Communication Manager as you work towards the delivery of high quality change communication strategies and plans.
Overview of the Role:
You will be a part of the team that is partnering with the senior leaders across the business to create and effectively deliver change communication plans in line with the defined strategies utilising existing and new channels.
You will be a part of the team that has responsibility for the creation of content for the communication strategies in line with organisational change.
You will be responsible for measuring effectiveness of communication and developing strategies for improvement
Editing and copy writing for all internal and external communications both for change programmes and to support the wider communication team. Ensuring alignment and excellence across all communication channels

Who are we looking for?
You will consider yourself to be a self-starter who enjoys producing high quality work and be comfortable to take full responsibility content production. You will pride yourself on being able to take complex information and breaking it down to clear value messages.
Ideally you will be degree qualified, have experience as a change communication specialist with a strong internal communications background.
