Customer Service Planner

Our Client specialise in water conservation, they know that effective water efficiency is more than simply installing a variety of products. It’s total engagement that they're after. Whether it’s company directors and employees, teachers and pupils within a school, or families at home.

They are currently seeking a Custome Service Planner to support their Customer Service team on the Wirral.

You will assist the Customer service team taking incoming calls/making outgoing calls to book appointments for engineers to attend water company customers homes to conduct free water audit and installation of free water saving devices.

Data is provided by the water company, therefore the role won't involve cold calling, however there are a number of target appointments to achieve each week.

9 – 5 Mon to Fri with 30 min unpaid lunch break.
