A leading organisation is currently recruiting for a Head of Manufacturing and Content Strategy / Business transformation / Continuous Improvement Manager to work with their manufacturing client list. This role will in effect process map the client by analysing their procedures in terms of where CI improvements can be made with a tailored software system. You would then in effect feed this back to the software development team for this to be created and implemented.

My client is renowned for transforming productivity, agility and skill progression in manufacturing’s frontline workforce. You will ideally have experience in managing or contributing to successful digital transformation projects within manufacturing environments. This role will own solution design and delivery for existing and new manufacturing customers and act as a facilitator between the manufacturer and software development team.

You will act as the subject matter expert in manufacturing operations you will be a key member of the team, liaising between product, business development and customer success, playing a critical role in the development of their product and go-to-market strategy for the manufacturing industry in the UK, Europe and beyond.

You will be an Operations Manager / CI Manager with a deep experience in CI and manufacturing operations. You will have experience managing or contributing to successful digital transformation project and have a clear vision for how digital technology can empower workers with improved problem solving skills.
