Job Description

Due to team growth Scantec currently have a new requirement for a Resourcing Specialist to join their team. The Resourcing Specialist will support business objectives through building strong candidate networks and market knowledge. Using a variety of effective searching techniques, they will identify and qualify appropriate candidates, contributing to the fulfilment of client requirements. Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Constructing effective adverts and searches to identify suitable candidates
  • Identifying relevant candidates
  • Utilising media platforms to develop candidate networks
  • Qualifying candidates to assess suitability
  • Updating candidate records
  • Provide pre-screened candidates to the team for assessment or client submission
