A leading software company transforming productivity, agility and skill progression in manufacturing’s frontline workforce is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager / CI Transformation Manager with experience in managing or contributing to successful digital transformation projects to join their business. This role will own solution design and delivery for existing and new manufacturing customers and act as an interface between the manufacturers and the software development team. 

As the subject matter expert in manufacturing operations you will be a key member of the team, liaising between product, business development and customer success, playing a critical role in the development of their product and go-to-market strategy for the manufacturing industry in the UK, Europe and beyond.

This role will account manage the current client list of manufacturers and facilitate their need to feedback to the software integration team to develop the tailored software most suitable. My client’s software is used by some of the worlds largest and most recognisable manufacturers to
Go paperless in plant operations.
Do data-driven process improvement, and
Develop an agile, cross-trained workforce through on-the-job training and knowledge sharing.

You will be an Operations Manager / CI Manager with a deep experience in CI and manufacturing operations. You will have experience managing or contributing to successful digital transformation project and have a clear vision for how digital technology can empower workers with improved problem solving skills.
